Groundbreaking – July 30, 2025
The beginning of something big.
On July 30, 2025, we broke ground on what will become the future home of
Wagner dealerships. With eyes set on an August 2026 completion, this project
represents more than a new building—it’s an investment in the
communities that have supported our family for generations.
November 2025 Progress
Honoring the past while building the future.
In November, the Wagner family had the privilege of sharing construction
progress with Howard Kool, former owner of the Chevrolet store. Showing this
growth to someone who helped shape our history made this milestone especially
meaningful.
January 2026 Progress
It’s starting to take shape.
By January, the vision became reality as the structure rose and the full
scale of the new facility came into view. What was once an idea is now
clearly becoming something incredible.
February 2026 Progress
Comfort meets progress.
February brought a small but exciting milestone—the installation of
A/C units! After years in our downtown buildings, the team is looking
forward to a modern, climate-controlled workspace.
March 2026 Progress
Momentum in every corner.
March delivered major progress, from poured parking areas to a fully formed
shop and showroom drywall going up. Even with a few windy setbacks, we’re
getting closer every day—and it’s easier than ever to picture the
finished space.
